Hilton Cairns

Lovely staff, great comfortable room. Buffet breakfast was sensational. Gin Bar is great, best hot chips! Pool was awesome. Great little gym. Lovely restaurant. Priced very well for what you get.

The front line team of the hotel was very warm and polite, and the reception staff showed the expected level of hospitality. The room delivery service was efficient and timely when I called for the items I requested. The housekeeping staff we met were polite and conscientious.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Staff (special thanks to Alexandra) provided us a free bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate upon arrival because we celebrated our honeymoon at Hilton. Room was big enough, included terrace, more towels than guests, free coffee capsules and machine. Breakfast has full of options, for gluten free or vegan diets, also for guest from Asia. Very easy way to call taxi, just a button at the reception and taxi will be there in few minutes. Hotel building is very modern and chilly, I have never been to any place where we could use the swimming pool until 10p.m. Every little detail was made for the guests preference, which I think is the most important. It was a perfect choice for our stay!

I would like to thank all of your staff for such an amazing night at the Hilton on our arrival to cairns from Western Australia. Not only did you accomodate us with an early check in, the room was beautiful and we were greeted with a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary and smiling faces in every area of the hotel. When my partner got a splinter in her foot each of your staff were so helpful with getting us tweezers, directions to a pharmacy and checking back in on her later on. The pool has stunning views and every area of the hotel we looked at was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard. Our first night in cairns had high hopes and your service and beautiful accomodation pleased every exception we had. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying with you again.

The location is perfect right at the waterfront near to the ferry jetty. Along the waterfront are great restaurants and everything else is just a stone throw from Hilton. The staff are exceptional. Front desk girl Alexander was helpful, very professional and friendly, making checking in a pleasant experience! Breakfast is good with a good spread. We had a sea view room which has comfortable beddings. All in , a very good 3 nights stay and we shall be back!
